Welcome! I'm Louis Antonini, an insurance professional with a passion for risk management and innovative solutions. My journey in the industry began at Aon in January 2022, where I worked as an Associate Account Executive, primarily servicing some of the largest private equity firms, including KKR, Apollo and Platinum Equity. I handled a broad range of coverages, helping clients navigate complex risks in an ever-evolving market.

Beyond my core responsibilities, I was selected for a specialized cohort at Aon that showcased the firm's data and analytics capabilities to prospective clients. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of data-drive decision-making in the insurance space.

Now as an Account Manager at Conner Strong & Buckelew, I bring that same expertise and strategic mindset to Real Estate clients, helping businesses develop tailored risk management programs. Through this blog, I aim to share insights, industry trends, practical knowledge, and some general thoughts to help professionals and businesses better understand the nuances of insurance.
